6. The Street Profits Vs. Andrade & Angel Garza - RAW Tag Team Title Match

Putting over the ostensibly personal conflict - goofy poisoning angles don't really resonate as believable stakes, particularly when the best friend of the guy who was poisoned is more invested in getting his end away than getting retribution - Montez Ford didn't f*ck about too long in a collar and elbow tie-up and instead cracked Andrade in the back. Andrade responded with a lunging back elbow.

Immediately, this felt like a charged fight in which Ford looked positively outstanding. He is an incredible athlete, and he applied this to his motivation with an insane jump into a Frankensteiner - drawing a terrified "Oh my God" from Zelina Vega, use managers more often WWE, this spectacular sh*t needs to be sold more - before sending Andrade to the outside with a terrific clothesline.

The heat was great, too. Angel Garza looked energised by even the emulation of a limelight he was born to bask in, putting the boots into Ford with panache and making every second of it interesting with his blistering pace and magnificent bastard charisma.

Angelo Dawkins wasn't exactly Toshiaki Kawada in his immediate pop-up from Andrade's back elbow - seriously, how does that move look bad, ever - but this was a fun and logical sprint even if it almost careened at the finish.

Star Rating: ★★★¼
