All things considered, the main event of WrestleMania 31 came out alright.

Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar beat the tar out of each other for over 10 minutes before Seth Rollins ran in to cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase in the most shocking of circumstances. Fans assumed Reigns was going to overcome the Beast Incarnate in nauseating circumstances, but they got a truly iconic moment instead.

If the fans had gotten what they wanted, that moment would never have come to pass. With Daniel Bryan back in the fold the fans dearly wanted their hero to stand tall once again, and despite the inevitability of Reigns winning the 2015 Royal Rumble, there was still many who held out hope that Bryan could prevail and challenge Lesnar at the Show of Shows.

Brock Lesnar vs. Daniel Bryan is another match that will forever go unseen. The mixture of styles promised a unique and captivating match, one worthy of headlining WrestleMania - without a shadow of a doubt. WrestleMania 31 turned out okay in the end, but going into the show fans wanted Lesnar vs. Bryan as the main event.
