8 More Former WWE Stars Who Need To Return To NXT
4. Juventud Guerrera
Juventud Guerrera's WWE career didn't exactly end in the best of ways. Initially brought in with a lot of hype in an effort to revitalise a stagnant cruiserweight division, 'The Juice' let his ego get the best of him and managed to alienate pretty much everyone in the locker room, as well as piss off management.
He was shown the door in January 2006 but has been active since his firing, wrestling around the world. He's still in shape, still pretty fast on his feet and, strangely, has reverted to sometimes wrestling under his mask again (which he lost in WCW).
It would be nice to see a masked (or unmasked) Juventud show up in NXT, possibly with former Mexicools tag partners Psicosis and Super Crazy. I'm sure they and Blake & Murphy or American Alpha could do some fun stuff together.
Alternatively, perhaps Guerrera could be brought in to work with the highly-rated former La Sombra, Manny Andrade. A victory over someone with the reputation of Guerrera in his debut would make him out to be a big deal from the off, and it would no doubt help for him to work with someone so adept at the lucha style.
Could things get a little bit 'Juicy' in NXT? Well, WWE did recently do a 'Where are they now?' feature on Juventud recently so they at least know what the 41-year-old is up to and have his number.
