7. Bayley As SmackDown Women's Champ

When WWE's writers are motivated to do so, they can make a character hot in one night. At MITB, Bayley went from aimless SmackDown newbie to the brand's female champion, and she received a massive response for p*ssing on Charlotte Flair's nine-time parade this past Sunday.

This was a return to form for the hugger.

Fingers crossed it's not a short-lived reprieve that'll end with Flair getting a rematch (even though there are "no automatic rematches anymore") and regaining the belt. This is WWE's chance to move Bayley on from her team with Sasha Banks and all the controversy there. She, if given a few harder edges, might just work out solo after all on the main roster.

It's certainly a fresh start for someone who was toiling, and it represents a new beginning for SmackDown too. If Bayley can get further wins over Ember Moon, Charlotte and others, she'll become the babyface counterpoint to Flair that the blue side needs.
