8 New Directions After WWE Money In The Bank 2019

1. Beast In The Bank

If Brock Lesnar sits on his Money In The Bank briefcase until at least late-2019, it could be a winner. If WWE have him cash it in up front at Super Show-Down in Saudi Arabia just so they can squeeze more star power onto the show, it'll suck. That'd also be a total waste of the men's MITB match, one in which countless stars worked their balls off.

Not to worry, 'cause 'Beast In The Bank' is a goldmine of a t-shirt waiting to happen.

That's what this boils down to: money. As Mr. MITB, Lesnar has drawing power as the kind of monster who could pounce at any time and recover the Universal Title reign Seth Rollins shattered at WrestleMania. If booked correctly, it'll be exciting TV to watch Rollins look over his shoulder even when Brock isn't around.

Being Mr. MITB allows Brock to stay relevant without having to be on WWE television every week. It won't sit well with many that he worked 10 seconds in such a bruising match on Sunday, but he's a star, and he can help make the briefcase concept work again.
