Where else could WWE go with Finn Bálor? Personally, this fan isn't so sure that Bálor should be winning the Intercontinental Title from Dominik Mysterio, but we'll see how things transpire. If the build is hot enough (they've still got time), then maybe Finn hauling down the belt following a gruelling ladder war that harkens back to the likes of Eddie Guerrero vs. Rey Mysterio would work.

Judgment Day has absolutely run its course as one of Raw's most pressing concerns. The group is a pale shadow of what it used to be when Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest were involved. Bálor, Mysterio and Liv Morgan have tried to keep things ticking, but there are signs that everyone's ready to move in a fresh direction and onto the next portion of their careers.

All rise to watch the fall of the Judgment Day.

Finn shook hands with Punk after his World Title loss in Chicago. The latter's hometown return lacked the punch of his prior performances in the city, but the live crowd still seemed chuffed to see their hero score a victory against such a celebrated workhorse. The match, technically solid as it was, lacked any true threat from Bálor in terms of actually winning the title though.

That won't be the case if he's matched up opposite Dominik. There's been a lot of tension between both men for a long time now, and it's clear they're ready to pull the trigger on a few matches. The first of those should come at WrestleMania in April.
