8 Reasons Roman Reigns Should Become WWE Champion At Survivor Series
5. It May Set Up A Dean Ambrose Heel Turn
What the hell is going on with Dean Ambrose? After failing to get his hands on the Intercontinental Championship and a fun retread of his feud with Seth Rollins from last year (just with the WWE World Heavyweight Championship on the line this time), he's since become little more than Roman Reign's sidekick, sometimes only appearing on the show to wish his old Shield buddy good luck. As a result, it's felt like a heel turn has been on the cards for a while now, and I for one definitely expected this week's Raw to end with Ambrose costing Roman the victory in that Fatal 4-Way match. That obviously didn't happen, but if a heel turn is on the cards for the Lunatic Fringe - which seems like a logical move seeing as how Roman used him as backup while taking on The Wyatt Family and pretty much just dropped him to get his chance at the world title - then waiting until said championship is involved does make some sense. Ambrose is every bit as good as both Rollins and Reigns, and a heel turn would give his character the overhaul he so desperately needs. If Reigns emerges victorious at Survivor Series, then Ambrose coming out to celebrate and then turn on his so-called brother would be a great, if somewhat predictable, swerve which sets the stage for new storylines which might just take us right through until WrestleMania...
