8 Reasons WWE's Money In The Bank Concept Is Played Out

1. More Stunts For An Ailing Roster

WrestleMania 32 perfectly underscored the pitfalls of an overworked roster. Cena (match-wise), Orton, Rollins, Cesaro, and others missed out on the biggest crowd in WWE history because of various injuries. The WWE travel schedule may not be as bad as it was 25 years ago, but it still takes its toll, especially with the more intricate spots wrestlers tend to perform in these more daring ages (see: Rollins. Especially Rollins).

Granted, it's only one match out of 275 in a year, and the schedule has more to do with serious injuries, but there's always going to be that need to top themselves. If all eyes are on a ladder match, it's somebody's chance to shine. Sheamus messed himself up badly in 2013 taking a scary bump, and it's incredible that Rollins didn't in 2014. WWE doesn't need any more injuries, especially when Money in the Bank raises expectations in the eyes of fans who love wild stunts.
