8 Released WWE Superstars Who Will (Ultimately) Be Better Off Elsewhere

4. Gallows & Anderson

Gallows And Anderson
WWE

Those big money contracts didn’t mean WWE wanted Gallows and Anderson. Vince just didn’t want them to turn up anywhere else. 'Best Tag Team In The World' or not, The Good Brothers were never particularly valued in WWE when not stood next to AJ Styles.

That’s fine because together or separately, these guys have a huge potential upside for future employers. Karl Anderson has already teased a return to New Japan Pro Wrestling, tweeting shots of Tokyo alongside his NJPW nickname, 'Machine Gun'. If they’d sooner stay in the US, they’ll find former NJPW colleagues waiting for them over on AEW Dynamite.

The Bullet Club alumni are both good workers and funny, charismatic guys. Away from WWE’s testicles-in-jars prop comedy they’ll get themselves over, be it in AEW vignettes or NJPW press conferences.
