8 Soccer Teams You Didn't Know WWE Superstars Supported

7. Kelly Kelly (Carlisle United)

Kelly Kelly Carlise Let's just take a moment, shall we, to consider and enjoy this particular thought: Kelly Kelly, clad in the blue and white, waking up early every other Saturday morning to get her chores done before she accompanies her chap for the traditional match day couple at the Black Bull, perhaps a meat and potato pie or the all-day happy hour burger and chips, washed down with a few pints of John Smith's, before making her way over to Brunton Park, sitting in the Warwick Road End, dutifully cheering on her beloved Cumbrians in vain as they go down 3-2 to Hartlepool United when Keeper Mark Gillespie gives away a daft penalty in the dying minutes and poor Kelly must sit there and realise that, over the other side of the country, Jeff Stelling, Charlie Nicholas and Phil Thompson are all waving their arms around in the air and shouting like the gaggle of goons that they are. Afterwards, Kelly takes it on the chin, tells her disgruntled fella that €œyou can't win them all€ and that they should look forward to the next home game against Accrington Stanley. She tucks away her season ticket into her overcoat pocket with pride. Now, back in reality, this has never, nor will never happen (sorry chaps). It didn't prevent Ms. Kelly from appearing as one of the Soccerettes on Soccer AM in 2010 however, purely to promote the WWE's presence in the UK for a tour, no doubt. Perhaps noting the irony of the situation, the Soccer AM team placed her in one of the more obscure team jerseys, marking her as a Carlisle United fan for ever more! At least she can know that, should she ever wish to make some serious life changes, that all-day happy hour at the Black Bull will always be there waiting for her, until the owner passes away and it's converted into a dreadful chain pub with no character. So, still suitable for Kelly then.

Betting on being a brilliant brother to Bodhi since 2008 (-1 Asian Handicap). Find me @LiamJJohnson on Twitter where you might find some wonderful pearls of wisdom in a stout cocktail of profanity, football discussion and general musings. Or you might not. Depends how red my eyes are.
