8 Terrible WWE Attires One Tweak Away From Excellence

6. Vader

Vader Attire Tweak
WWE

When: Royal Rumble 1996

One Tweak: DON'T PUT YOUR GEAR ON BACKWARDS!

Just the one tweak still, but a pretty substantial one.

Vader's WWE debut was nearly perfect - so good in fact that it was arguably the highlight of his entire tenure with the company. 'The Mastodon' run never recovered from falling afoul of a particularly p*ssed off Shawn Michaels in the summer of 1996, with Vince McMahon never quite seeing him as the monster he'd been for the entire decade in WCW and Japan before finally travelling North.

With all the fearsome force he'd become famous for, the masked man entered the Rumble match at #13 and pulverised the entire field including his supposed stablemate Yokozuna. Their big b*stards battle left them open to a cow-tipping elimination by 'The Heartbreak Kid', but even Michaels took a pasting in the aftermath of that for daring to step to such a sh*tkicker. A sh*tkicker who, despite wearing the same gear his entire career, with his catchphrase printed on the front, wore it the wrong way around!

Vader's mass spilled out the sides of a singlet top that should have been traversing up his broad behemoth back. It was nearly perfect.
