Obviously Tony Khan attended Double or Nothing, but in what capacity was he involved in the running of the show? Was he merely grimacing from the stands à la that one piece of Ted Turner footage at a WCW show, or was he full hands on deck, directing all and sundry in the manner of the industry's eternal impresario, Vince McMahon?

Khan revealed to Austin that he was completely in the thick of the action, lurking around the Gorilla Position as the show was in progress. Unlike McMahon, he wasn't the overlord of the show by any means, instead working in complete harmony with his assembled crew of infinitely more experienced VPs to create night one magic.
