6. When He Read From Juno
August 2017 was a busy month for Braun Strowman. He terrorized the likes of Samoa Joe, Roman Reigns, and Brock Lesnar, as well as countless bystanders, during his pursuit of the WWE Universal title. He came off as ferocious as ever.
Yet in the midst of the chaos, The Ringer somehow convinced ‘The Monster Among Men’ to read select lines from the 2007 Academy Award Nominated film Juno, which did little to protect the gravitas of his character.
In the video, Strowman displays his wide palette of corky expressions as he reads snippets from Juno’s pregnancy reveal to her parents. Once you witness him staring straight into the camera and declaring, “I don’t even know what kind of girl I am,” it becomes difficult to look at ‘The Monster’ the in the same light again.
