Whatever "it" is, Oba Femi has always had "it". Looking like the toughest man in the yard, his imposing size and presence are enough to set him apart from his competitors, but when you add magnetic charisma and excellent mic work, Oba showed he meant business all the way through his run in NXT.
Nevertheless, when Oba Femi debuted on the main roster at the Saturday Night's Main Event in which we waved goodbye to John Cena, his match against then-WWE Champion Cody Rhodes and his interaction with Drew McIntyre threw all lingering doubts into the trash. WWE had a star that was not only a guaranteed main eventer, but one who looked capable of strapping the company on his back and carrying it to the highest of heights.
In his rookie year on the main roster, Oba has destroyed Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania, won King of the Ring, and headlined in his first-ever appearance at SummerSlam. Moving forward, he's the overwhelming favourite to win next year's Royal Rumble and feels locked in to face Roman Reigns for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 43.
