Lumbering giant Big Show is one of the true icons of the 'Attitude Era'. At a billed 7ft tall and with one of the most beloved entrance themes in the history of wrestling, Show is one of wrestling's most recognizable figures from the most notorious era the sport has ever seen.
Vince McMahon is no stranger to a ridiculous idea that makes someone look like an absolute arse, but what was asked of Big Show ahead of New Year's Eve 2013 is one of the most insane and demoralizing things a superstar has ever been asked to do on his watch. Let that sink in as you consider the pitch for Big Show to play a "New Year's Baby" in a commercial for the last Raw of the year.
Show found himself in a diaper and a top hat with a sash that read "New Year's Baby", as he shook his diaper-clad butt towards the screen (literally) to a Euro dance mix of Auld Lang Syne.
As he blew a party horn in a stage hand's face, it became impossible to conceive that this was the man who debuted by demolishing Steve Austin and throwing him through a cage at 1999's St Valentine's Day Massacre. Awful, just...awful.
