8 Totally Weird Inanimate Wrestling Sidekicks

6. Daryl Takahashi

Recently returned from the dead by as-yet-unexplained means, Daryl Takahashi is the most recent example of an inanimate sidekick earning the hearts of the people.

As the cuddly comforting companion of former New Japan Junior Heavyweight Champion Hiromu Takahashi, Daryl accompanied Hiromu to the ring, often clutched to his chest like a fuzzy shield. Sadly, Daryl was torn to pieces during the G1 Climax 27 Tournament at the hands of Bullet Club's Bad Luck Fale, leaving fans in mourning.

That is, until his miraculous recovery and return. Perhaps Daryl, like The Undertaker, has powers beyond our ken. If so, that only makes 'The Ticking Time Bomb' of Los Ingobernables de Japon even more dangerous.
