2. A Different Side To Deonna

Deonna Purrazzo had one of the most impactful debuts in recent Impact history, if you'll pardon the pun, assaulting Jordynne Grace in her debut appearance, and immediately setting her sights on the Knockouts Championship. However, for those who may remember, 'The Virtuosa' appeared for the company years ago against former champion Brooke Tessmacher. At this point, Purrazzo was just 19-years-old, and that match in question was the eighth of her career.

That was an entirely different Deonna Purrazzo to the one we know today. She came to the ring looking like she was lost, a vast difference to how she struts down the aisle these days. Just eight matches in, Deonna simply wasn't prepared enough for a situation like that, but she handled it with as much professionalism as she possibly could. That's what led her to back to the Impact Zone years later, as many opportunities arose from that single appearance.

When you combine last week's attack, this promo package, and a second assault on 'Thicc Mama Pump' after the video, it all comes together to make a wonderful first impression. While it's being said that 'The Virtuosa' isn't actually signed to Impact at the time of writing, and rather working on a pay-per-appearance basis, you'd have to think Impact management will be quick to act upon signing her officially.
