7. Building Up Jordynne Grace = Solid Plan!

Look out of your window and you'll see singing birds in the trees, children playing cheerily in the streets and flying cars overhead. This is the utopia possible when WWE actually gives new women's division focal point Jade Cargill something meaningful to do. She finally has a rival who can realistically match power and threaten her for the belt. Christ, it only took the writers a few months.

Better late than never, eh?

Jade has something worthwhile going on. Now, following Jordynne Grace’s win over Chelsea Green and challenge, as well as Chelsea accidentally charging into her, Cargill has motivation to roar back and remind everyone why she’s top of the division. This is certainly one million times better than her lame duck ‘Z’ list story with Michin and B-FAB.

Grace semi-squashing Green made sense too. Chelsea is like a female version of the The Miz - she can stare at the lights for pretty much anybody but retain strong reactions from live crowds. She's delusional, and that works in her favour. Away from the ring, Green has revealed in interviews that she's mastered her position on the card. Knowing where you fit and doing it well is a bit of a superpower, so good on her for that.

The incoming Grace challenge at Saturday Night's Main Event (surely that show makes more sense than the Rumble?) should be a banter-filled occasion. Cargill must win and retain her strap, but Jordynne should come scarily close to derailing the title reign and shutting Jade's big mouth.
