4. Another Top Tag & Berto’s Development

Wait, wait, wait.

A fine tag-team main event pitting Rey Fenix and Andrade vs. Los Garza and some character development for Berto?! That’s a double win. Hopefully, this is Berto and Angel splitting away from Santos Escobar, not just one of them. Los Garza are a cracking team. Being fair, Angel and Santos teaming up would be fine too.

On the other side of the equation, it does feel like Fenix has cooled off a little since his debut on the 4 April episode, so WWE should arrest that ASAP. He’s still capable of putting on bangers in-ring though, and he meshed well with Andrade. No shocks there. These lads are all highly skilled, complement one another well, and are so unselfish when it comes to giving both partners and opponents lots to work with during matches. Long may that continue.

If Triple H manages to develop Humberto Carrillo into a character WWE fans get behind, then build another statue. He might also be ringing up Booker T and saying there's a new "King Booker" in town. So to speak. No-one could've guessed that Berto showing out and standing up to Santos would get such a healthy reaction from the masses in 2025. That speaks to how well recent Los Garza matches have done for their standing on the roster.

Come for the glossy in-ring work between four top pros, then stay for the post-match storytelling. Angel being caught between going off with his tag partner or sticking by Escobar's side is another plus point for the trio. That's something creative can work with going forwards.
