8 Ups & 3 Downs From AEW Dynamite (11 Aug)

Ups...

8. Andrade & PAC Pinpoint Their Resolution

Andrade El Idolo
AEW

There were some warts on the Death Triangle vs. Andrade El Idolo storyline last night, with Chavo Guerrero stumbling over a line, his mouthpiece role again nullified by his charge doing much of the talking. Nonetheless, it set the storyline off in a positive direction for All Out and hinted at where the players involved might be heading.

The Lucha Brothers aren't falling for Andrade's manipulative bullsh*t. They let PAC know that, leading to the Bastard challenging El Idolo for the pay-per-view and encouraging Penta and Fenix to chase the Tag Team Titles. Andrade accepted, cemented what will surely be an unreal All Out match, before telling Chavo that he's the boss when his executive consultant spoke out of turn.

We're getting PAC vs. Andrade, a potential Lucha Brothers title match, and perhaps tension between Guerrero and Andrade (a relationship that, unfortunately, isn't working so far) from this. A productive couple of segments from a feud that hasn't had many of those so far.
