8 Ups & 3 Downs From AEW Dynamite (6 July)

Ups...

8. A Real Nice Time

Dark Order AEW
AEW

While difficult to analyse as a traditional piece of pro wrestling programming, given the circumstances, the Dark Order's segment with -1 should have warmed even the coldest of hearts.

In the late, great Brodie Lee's hometown of Rochester, New York, the entire Dark Order gathered amidst recent departures, teasing a split before Evil Uno affirmed that they were here to say. This was to cue up Brodie Lee Jr. on the microphone, though he was interrupted by QT Marshall.

Always the perfect, sh*t-eating stooge in these situations, Marshall literally tried to start a fight with a 10-year-old boy, threatening to destroy his toys if the Dark Order didn't clear out. 'Hangman' Adam Page then hit the building to not only reaffirm his Dark Order friendship, but kickstart the process of QT being bounced around like a pinball in the ring, resulting, ultimately, in -1 saying he could pin Marshall right now if he wanted, but was going to wait until he's 19.

Involving Brodie Jr. in these situations is never not a feel-good moment. There's nobody better to come out and look like a complete buffoon than QT either.
