4. Sting Takes A Bump!

Sting took a bump!

At 61 years old, six years after seriously injuring his neck in his last match, the Icon did what we were led to believe he'd never do again in this segment with Team Taz. Brian Cage shockingly powerbombed him to the mat after Sting had leapt into a fight with The Machine and Hook, paying dearly for his gusto in a much-needed act of violence to shake this struggling storyline back to life.

Taz cut a good promo prior to this, suggesting that the weather keeping Ricky Starks and Powerhouse Hobbs from being at the taping was down to Sting controlling the snow. Goaded into throwing his baseball bat aside, the veteran was then at the jocks' mercy, attacking Cage before Hook choked him with the bat, then getting dropped on his shoulders, neck, and head.

This resonating so strongly because of what we know about Sting and his physical condition. Cage was careful with him, but the bump still looked great, and it looks like the Icon may be more involved in Revolution's Street Fight than first thought.
