8 Ups & 4 Downs From Impact Wrestling (Feb 11)

4. Personality Disorder

When Su Yung made her return last week, it seemingly marked the end of the Susie character as a whole. However, it seems we'll be going down a different route with this story arc, as Susie and Su are both on the go in Impact Wrestling.

As a stark contrast to the Susie we knew before last week, she was showing some major signs of 'The Undead Bride' this week, twisting her neck around, and carrying a rope over her shoulder as she followed both Father James Mitchell and Havok, who were both ecstatic to see Susie still kicking around. Next thing we know, Su Yung was dragging Mitchell by the neck with the rope, dumping him back inside the Undead Realm.

This was a highly unexpected turn for the rivalry. It will no doubt result in some intriguing angles for the story arc, with the split personality disorder from this week coming directly under that banner. If this is the sort of thing we can expect to see going forward, then it adds a well-needed breath of fresh air to the story.

On the other hand though, if we're being overly critical, it's a bit of a let down that the Undead Realm is nothing more than a room backstage, much like how Bray Wyatt's Firefly Funhouse was just a room in the back. Regardless of that minor criticism, this was pure excellence.
