8. The Ladies’ Man
It looks like WWE is going in on this “ladies’ man” gimmick with Angel Garza, and why not?
Garza and Zelina Vega did an interview backstage with Charly Caruso before his match, with Vega pumping him up as “a man’s man” and the lothario of WWE. But Garza sealed the deal when he shook Caruso’s hand and told her that “There’s business and pleasure, but with [her], business is always a pleasure.” He then kissed her hand.
What sold it was Caruso looking smitten, which is something we haven’t seen too often from interviewers – with them getting involved in storylines. That little interaction was a cute little moment, and it could be a fun character development for Garza, flirting with the females in the audience and on the show.
It’s also worth noting that Zelina has strenuously insisted that their relationship is purely business, which it very well might remain, but if Garza really is going to be a lothario…
