Given the end of Raw last week and his promo this week, it’s pretty clear that Drew McIntyre is being positioned as the top heel on Monday nights.

The Scottish Psychopath unleashed a scathing promo that peaked with him declaring that Raw is his show now, and that he would destroy anyone displaying weakness. He laid into Finn Balor, and then went a step further in saying he wouldn’t lower himself to Balor’s level – but Dolph Ziggler would.

That little comment could be a telltale sign – and the announcers even mentioned it – that Drew could be preparing to jettison Dolph for being weak. The fact he lost to Finn couldn’t have helped his case.

Regardless, McIntyre is definitely being positioned for big things, and it looks like the right call.
