3. Braun Won’t Back Down

It’s a rare sight to see a wrestler refuse to cower at Stephanie McMahon’s feet, so when someone stands their ground, they deserve immediate praise.

Braun Strowman declared that he was done chasing acting GM Baron Corbin and was going to hold Raw hostage until he got what he wanted. Stephanie tried to refocus him onto Survivor Series, but Braun didn’t take the bait, yelling at Steph that he didn’t give a damn about brand supremacy.

He then “negotiated” with McMahon for a Universal Championship match and a bout against Corbin in the future, with the Raw commissioner agreeing to his demands in exchange for helping lead Team Raw at Survivor Series.

It was an effective powerplay by Strowman, so kudos to him.
