5. Cena Mea Culpas

For the past decade-plus, John Cena has elicited alternating cheers and jeers from fans, being worshipped by some fans, derided by others, but respected by nearly all.

During that time, Cena has become a pro at shutting out or rolling with the fans who boo and troll him during matches. But Monday, he looked like he genuinely was bugged by the Philadelphia crowd. It could just be part of his character, but Cena kept looking out to the audience and gesturing.

After he defeated Finn Balor in a competitive bout, Cena immediately turned to the crowd and all but apologized, pointing repeatedly at the WrestleMania sign and saying that he was just trying to get back to Mania. At one point, he dropped to his knees, almost asking for forgiveness.

It was just a strange site, especially given his history of rolling with this jeering.
