You’ve got to feel bad for Titus O’Neil and Apollo Crews, who had their best TV match in eons Monday night, coming close to upsetting the tag champs for the titles… and the crowd barely responded.

At first you had to think that WWE turned the crowd noise way down, but they weren’t buying the possibility that Titus Worldwide might pull it off. The result was Apollo flying around the ring at top speed and looking great, and the fans appreciating it but not believing that he was toppling Sheamus and Cesaro.

Crews looked as good as he has at any point in the recent past, but it wasn’t enough to overcome the new tag champs, nor was it enough to win over the fans. After constantly losing matches for the past year-plus, can you blame fans for not believing in them?
