8 Ups And 9 Downs From WWE WrestleMania 31

1. The Future Stars Now

So about that whole Randy Orton is the present and Seth Rollins€™ time will come€ Apparently, that time was only a matter of three hours later. With Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns down during their WWE World Heavyweight Championship, Rollins finally cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase to become world champ, pinning Reigns after a curbstomp. It was an absolutely brilliant move by WWE. What a perfect way to get the title off Lesnar without hurting him and without having the wildly unpopular Reigns win. Lesnar beat Reigns from pillar to post and looked dominant in defeat, while Reigns has a legit gripe about deserving a title shot (as do Lesnar and Orton). It also provided a great shock ending to WrestleMania that fans won€™t soon forget. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jy4g_eMkhHs Rollins has been perfecting his chicken heel persona, and now he has a world championship to go with it. At the same time, Rollins can back it up in the ring. The question is whether Brock comes right after him or if Reigns gets the first shot. Either way, Rollins will undoubtedly have the Authority to back him up, which will make this a fun storyline to follow. That future development, coupled with the memorable PPV ending, put an exclamation point on WrestleMania 31.
