8 Ways WWE Can Book Kurt Angle's Return

7. General Manager Of RAW Or SmackDown

All things point to RAW and SmackDown being ran by the McMahon siblings once the brand split arrives. This is obviously where the story is heading, and in truth we should more than likely just learn to live with it. The McMahon Family saga isn't leaving our screens any time soon, unfortunately.

Still, if the company wanted to change things up a little it could do worse than putting Kurt Angle at the helm of one of the shows. Kurt had a short run as General Manager of SmackDown in 2004, and his natural charisma lent new gravitas to the role. Why not put him in such a role full time?

Angle's body isn't going to be working the full time WWE schedule going forward, and one way to keep him on TV without putting his health at risk would be put to him in the position of GM. Whilst we're at it, why not have Daniel Bryan as GM of the other show? Wrestling my friends, wrestling.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
