1. Introduce A Title And Build A Division Around Him
This might seem a little extreme to some, but WWE could introduce a new title and build the division around Neville. The title would be something akin to the old Cruiserweight/Light-Heavyweight titles and would see the likes of Neville, Kalisto, Sin Cara, Kofi Kingston, Los Matadores and scores of NXT guys go at it in high-flying, fast-paced matches. There were rumours a couple of years ago that WWE were thinking about having a cruiserweight show on the Network, but those ultimately fell through. It wasn't a bad idea, since WWE certainly has the talent (and could always sign more from the indies/Mexico/Japan) and cruiserweight wrestling has its audience. I would suggest introducing a title for wrestlers that work that style, crowning Neville the champion via a tournament (ending with a match on PPV/Network special) and then making him the centrepiece of the division.
