8 Ways WWE Must Capitalise On Brock Lesnar's UFC 200 Win

6. Present Him As The Company's Number 1 Guy

WWE has absolutely no-body with the star power of Brock Lesnar at the moment. Just his announcement to fight at UFC 200 pushed his name into the stratosphere. Claiming the win - and in such conclusive fashion - has propelled it into outer space.

So when The Beast comes back to the company, he must not - must not - play second fiddle to anybody. He needs to be in first chair, leading the orchestra - and dictating the tempo. (A strained analogy, I admit.)

Simply put, the promotion needs to build their future programming around Brock. His UFC 200 victory is an absolute gift - a pre-made superstar beautifully wrapped up. With a bow on it. Now isn't the time to be ungrateful; WWE should enjoy this present to its fullest, before the novelty wears off.

The company has a habit of squandering these opportunities. Over the past two years, slapdash booking has seen the rub Brock gained from conquering the streak gradually diluted. He returns with that aura restored. Push him to the moon, boys.

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
