1. Someone Cashes In On Shinsuke Nakamura Immediately

If someone from SmackDown wins MITB, there's a worry that WWE will make Shinsuke Nakamura look foolish at the end of the night. This is Shinsuke's sixth crack at the WWE Title on pay-per-view (including April's Greatest Royal Rumble) since joining the main roster, and if he's going to win then he needs to end the night as champ.

It'd be a disaster for the Artist, if the MITB winner cashed in that night to cause him more title heartache.

At some point, WWE are going to need to come through for Nakamura. His heel turn has rescued a failing run on SmackDown, but he can't keep losing key title matches on major shows without looking like a complete loser. At the same time, he cannot finally win the title then lose it within minutes and still cling onto his credibility.

Should the night end with two WWE Title changes, one from AJ Styles to Nakamura and another to the MITB winner, then Shinsuke's rep will be in tatters, even as a heel.
