6. Cesaro Should Win The Intercontinental Title
This wasn't strictly a mistake made at WrestleMania, but on the following Raw. The booking of Zack Ryder to win the Intercontinental Championship was a stroke of shocking genius, one which was almost immediately undone by The Miz the next night.
In fairness to The Miz, he's consistently been one of the best heels on the roster for a while now, and has recently had his character freshened with the reintroduction of Maryse too. However, there are simply more compelling candidates for the title.
One such man is Ryder, but he seems to have blown his chances at reclaiming the belt. Fortunately, Cesaro's hotly-received return and immediate injection into the Intercontinental title scene has led to a (potentially very good) match at Payback.
For the sake of giving his new babyface push an extra shot of momentum, the Swiss Superman should definitely be walking out of the PPV as our new champion.
