1. Macho Man Randy Savage
Of all the people who jumped ship to WCW before and during the Monday Night Wars, Macho Man is one of the only huge names who never returned to WWE screens.
Some believe it's because of a tryst between him and an underage Stephanie McMahon. Lanny Poffo suggested in a shoot interview that Vince McMahon never forgave Randy for taking Slim Jim with him to WCW, and that played some role in McMahon's continued enmity toward Savage.
Whatever the reasoning, even a posthumous Hall of Fame induction (by a man who may or may not have made peace with Savage before his death) doesn't erase the question mark behind Savage's blackballing by WWE.
