The disappointment etched on Sting's face might just be what turned Jeff Hardy's personal fortunes around. A childhood hero of Hardy's, the former WCW icon looked like a disgruntled father as he glared across the ring at an inebriated Jeff right before the pair's TNA Title match at Victory Road 2011.

If Sting had been expecting to go around 15 minutes that night or give the Orlando crowd a memorable main event, he'd be left wanting. Hardy, to his eternal shame, was in no condition to perform and needed an escape route from the ring.

As the live crowd struggled to comprehend what was going on, Eric Bischoff came out to relay a message to both workers. Then, as Jeff tried to kick out, Sting bumped him down with a Stinger Death Drop and quickly pinned him. On his way out, the legend agreed with fans that the whole thing was "bullsh*t".

Jeff, completely out of it on a combo of drugs, left Bischoff, Sting and TNA as a whole with no choice. They had to get him out of there pronto.
