8 WWE Fastlane 2021 Impulse Reactions

2. Alexa Bliss Vs Randy Orton

The Fiend
WWE

Nobody can tell you what to like, or love. And you should feel very entitled to like or love all of this as long as you don't dare suggest it was actually any good.

To recap in order to try and offer some analysis; Alexa Bliss used some magic spell to summon a wall of flames, followed by triggering some spotlights to fall and nearly hit Orton, then shot another fireball at 'The Apex Predator' that "she didn't get all of" according to the powerless and feckless commentary team.

Whatever all that was was enough, though. Enough to complete her reincarnation of The Fiend, who arrived via horror movie hand-grab and frazzled make-up job for the finish.

Debate will likely rage for days over this, but why? It's high time the audience at large were unified in their acknowledgment of how sh*t the entire gimmick is, but in the pro wrestling way that it can still be enjoyable.

Bray was never going to be "the next Undertaker", but he continues to be a p*ss funny parody of the attempt. Long live him, his amazing Fiend's Mind parody account, and the likely Firefly Fun House match at WrestleMania.
