9 Burning Questions For WWE Elimination Chamber 2015

9. Will Rusev Compete?

On WWE.com, the company reported that Rusev has suffered a €œlower leg injury€ during the Smackdown tapings Tuesday. However, little more has been officially discussed about the Bulgarian Brute€™s status for Elimination Chamber, where he is supposed to be one of the six participants in the Intercontinental Championship chamber match. WWE could go about this a couple different ways. They could go the Hideo Itami route and know he can€™t compete, and rather than remove him, they could film a segment with Rusev getting taken out €“ perhaps Dolph Ziggler gets revenge from Raw. They could go the Triple H route and severely limit his involvement in the chamber match to a handful of moves and just get through it. Or WWE could just pull him and then name a replacement (Bray Wyatt is rumored for that role). Maybe they hold a match during the kickoff show for the final spot, say Stardust versus Luke Harper (two former IC champs). But even the loss of Rusev could add a layer of intrigue if done right.
