9 HUGE WWE Survivor Series 2019 Predictions You Need To Know

5. AJ Styles (Raw) Vs. Shinsuke Nakamura (SmackDown) Vs. Roderick Strong (NXT)

Criminally underserved by the build despite AJ Styles being one of the few to actually "invade" NXT before Triple H left the gates open, this battle of the midcard champions has the potential to be both a quality character tale as well as a minor workrate miracle.

In Roderick Strong, Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura may have the middleman sorely missing from their 2018 rivalry. Able to work around just about any style, the Undisputed Era man stands to fill the spots left dead by their prior rivalry with his pulsating pace and brutal backbreakers.

Or, three heels could just be heels.

After babyface AJ spent the aforementioned angle trying to avoid getting punched in the d*ck, it'd be quite funny to watch heel him aiming for the same target on the Intercontinental Champion this time around. Rare that overbooking could benefit a match, but it's a minor tragedy that Strong's stable will be so busy that night. The prospect of them, The OC and Sami Zayn and Cesaro all bounding around the outside rabble rousing would have been quite a sight.

As is, Strong can take advantage of said warring groups providing enough of a distraction for him to sneak a win over one of the supposed bigger stars.

Winner - Roderick Strong
