6. Serena Deeb

Despite being used in developmental as a wrestler, Serena only ever had one match roster WWE match. Throughout her time on SmackDown she was used as the female presence in CM Punk's Straight Edge Society, arguably the hottest heel faction of the time in the entire company. Serena was released in August 2010, the reason being she wasn't living out her 'straight edge' character in real life. Kayfabe ain't dead folks.

Serena returned to kicking botty in on the indie circuit, performing in promotions such as Shimmer and ROH. Many have lamented WWE's use of Serena, which whilst it was certainly effective from a character standpoint seemed like a total waste of her in-ring talents.

Serena Deeb retired in the summer of 2015, and has since concentrated on her burgeoning yoga business.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
