Basically, if you think an alliance between Triple H and Kevin Owens isn’t going to end in tears, then I admire your optimism but unfortunately I think you’re in for a rude awakening.

But far from being a mere throwaway feud, assembled for the sake of filling some time, this is another rivalry that could have an awesome backstory fuelling it.

We’ve already alluded to the NXT history shared between Triple H and Owens, and if they do end up forming a more official alliance then that'll make the ultimate demise all the more emphatic when it eventually comes to pass.

Admittedly, this one could be a little too similar to the Triple H vs. Rollins story. In that case though, why not have Owens beat Triple H to the punch, and have the student turn on the teacher before the teacher can get there first. That in itself would give Owens an absolutely massive rub, making for an eventual match worthy of any PPV—including WrestleMania.
