9 Obscure WWE Royal Rumble Statistics

8. Worst Draw, By The Numbers

Zack Ryder
WWE

Number 16.

Statistically, 16 is the worst number you can draw in the Rumble match. This has been determined through a combination of draw number averages - the average time the entrant spends in the match and the average amount of wrestlers that the entrant eliminates.

On average, the person who drew #16 is less likely to score an elimination than anyone else, as the average number of eliminations by #16 entrants is roughly 0.65. The average #16 entrant also lasts only 8 minutes and 52 seconds on average, which though it is not the worst average time, it's still up there among the worst. And, of course, nobody has ever won from #16. To be fair, there are a lot more numbers that people haven't won from than they have, but it's pertinent to note nonetheless.

The best performance from #16 was that of The Undertaker in 2009, who lasted 32:30 and eliminated four people before being yanked off the apron by The Big Show, who was lamenting his elimination at the hands of Randy Orton. Conversely, the worst #16 entrant was Mo from Men on a Mission, who was tossed out by King Kong Bundy in just 3 seconds in 1995.
