During your time in WWE, when a new wrestler arrived who was the recipient of a major push, would he automatically attract heat from other wrestlers?

“Eighty percent of the time, I would say yes, because he’s gonna be getting a lot of TV time, and he’s going to take it away from veterans who believe they should be getting that TV time, because they’ve been there and paid their dues. When you become a WWE superstar, you definitely have to check your ego at the door. You have to be humble and play The Game. Show humility. If the [other wrestlers] rib you, laugh it off. Don’t show them your cards.”
