5. Itll Probably Never Happen Again
Part of the reason Nikki has been the champion for as long as she has has been the lack of viable alternatives. As discussed in a previous entry, not many of the ladies on the roster have any kind of momentum at all, and some of them have been around so long that it doesnt feel like that can be remedied. Now that the main roster has seen an influx of new talent with more still to come in the (hopefully) near future, theres no reason to think that will be the case again anytime soon. The new crop of female wrestlers are too talented between the ropes and too evenly matched to think that well see another reign like this for a while. To come as close as they did and then throw it all away to hot shot the title onto one of the new divas who clearly isnt over yet would have been a huge mistake. WWE was wise to take advantage of the situation they created.
