Piggybacking off an earlier entry, Nikki is by far the most well-known and recognizable face among the women performers in WWE. For a while there you could have made a case for Lana, but since breaking up with Rusev she's been turned into Ziggler's lovestruck Dokken groupie and lost all the momentum she had as the Bulgarian's second. Her role on Total Divas may garner her a lot of disdain among wrestling purists but it has put her at the forefront of the division. She and her sister are easily the most renowned female members of the roster with non-wrestling fans and despite the fact that the ratings for the reality show aren't exactly staggering, they're still likely better than NXT's weekly views on WWE Network - although admittedly that's hard to gauge due to the way viewership numbers are held close to the vest for the streaming service. If you're going to have someone's name in your record books as the longest-reigning champion of your female division, it should absolutely be the biggest "star" on the roster.
