9 Reasons Roman Reigns Topped PWI's Top 500 Wrestlers 2016
9. Prominence Within A Wrestler’s Individual Promotion

Most fans wish it had been someone else in his spot, but at WrestleMania 32, Roman Reigns was one-half of the main event in the most attended WWE show of all-time. That’s actually a really big deal.
His name is in the record books. He was on a show that toppled the legendary Hulk Hogan vs. Andre the Giant match at WrestleMania 3, and we have no idea when that number will be surpassed. It may never be!
He’s the guy that’s heavily featured on Raw, and been pushed as John Cena’s successor. Actually with Cena out of the company for quite a bit over the past year, Roman has been the number one babyface...despite the massive boos that greet him every week.
While right now he’s in a less high-profile feud with Rusev, during the time period that pertained to rankings, he received the biggest matches and angles (fighting Hunter and getting to deck Vince McMahon) in the entire company by quite a large margin.
