Roman Reigns and John Cena will go one-on-one at No Mercy in a match that many assumed would eventually headline WrestleMania. It could still do that, but it is surprising that the first major match between the two is taking place at a secondary show like No Mercy.

The WWE Universe knows exactly what it is going to get with this match. The two will stand face to face in the middle of the ring and look at the crowd as duelling shouts break out. Reigns will dominate the back and forth bout, before Cena makes his comeback.

Reigns will hit a spear, and Cena will kick out. Cena will hit an AA, and Reigns will kick out. They may even survive two finishing moves. When all is said and done however, it makes all the sense in the world for Roman Reigns to end this match on top. Since defeating The Undertaker at WrestleMania 33, Reigns hasn’t won a single pay-per-view match. That run needs to come to an end here.

Cena’s days as a full time competitor are over, and there is little point in him winning here. Cena has dominated the promos between the two, winning the match would just do more harm to Reigns. 'The Big Dog' needs a big victory, and what bigger fish to catch than the 16-time world champion?

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
