9 Things You Probably Saw For The Last Time At WrestleMania 32

7. A Wrestling McMahon

Truth be told, not many expected to see a wrestling McMahon this year. Shane's return to the company initially gave WrestleMania the jolt of enthusiasm it so desperately needed, but that joy soon dissipated thanks to a nonsensical story with his father and The Undertaker.

Some faith was restored in the go-home episode of RAW, and Shane and the Deadman proceeded to put on a Hell in a Cell match that was equal parts boring and thrilling.

Regardless, the chances of seeing a McMahon family member physically competing at WrestleMania again grow slimmer all the time As Old Man Vince grows older still, his children will have more and more of a say on the business side of things, if they don't already.

Competing in-ring isn't necessary.

More importantly, the need for the McMahons on our TV screens is no longer there. Sporadic Vince appearances may provide the odd spike in ratings, but the WWE Universe no longer wants to see them. This was proven by their inability to add any sympathy to Roman Reigns and his mega push.

Don't expect to see Shane falling from any crazy heights at the Show of Shows again.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
