Not to be outdone by his father, Shane McMahon had his own impromptu WrestleMania match the following year, though it didn’t go quite as planned. Thus, this is a double entry of unannounced matches.

The Miz and Snoop Dog hosted WrestleMania 39, which really was just an opportunity for the duo to stand in the ring and prattle until Miz talked himself into getting squashed by a surprise opponent. (Bear in mind Miz was two years removed from being WWE Champion and one year away from being a World Tag Team Champion.)

On night two of WrestleMania, Shane McMahon entered the chat, coming down to challenge Miz. The two got just seconds into the match when Shane blew out his quad on a drop down/leapfrog spot, effectively ending the match.

Not content to just end the embarrassment there, WWE called an audible and had Snoop clock Miz and drop and elbow to pin the A-Lister in what was essentially a second impromptu match in the span of two minutes.

What’s worse for Miz is that this wasn’t even his first foray into getting his a** kicked at WrestleMania 39
