9 Ugliest Belts In WWE History
3. Women's Championship
This is a belt that's ugly for a variety of reasons. For one, it's just, well, ugly. The garish red strap combined with the overly opulent fascia only results in a chintzy bingo hall aesthetic, whilst the bizarre photograph of The Fabulous Moolah within the central frame looks more apt for a mausoleum than a wrestling ring.
Like the Greatest Royal Rumble belt, it's also ugly for what it represents. A glossy shot of the incumbent champ wasn't de rigueur for holders of this self-proclaimed 'World's Champion Girl Wrestler' belt - or it was, but only through Moolah's hegemony. The business' premium female performer held an iron grip on the division for three decades, memorialising her official 'immortal' (though not actually) reign with this self-laudatory leather - a reminder to everyone just who was the boss.
